Weather & Tides
All our tours are weather dependant, while the rain doesn’t stop us going, strong winds in certain directions can sometimes scupper our tours. If you have booked and the weather conditions mean we have to cancel we will endeavour to contact you with as much notice as we can. Sometimes the forecast isn't completely accurate and we may have to cancel on the day, please make sure you have provided us with accurate contact details we will normally contact you via email in the first instance but please also leave a mobile phone number we can get you on.
In the event of us cancelling a trip we will try and reschedule you or offer an alternative but if that’s not possible we will of course issue a full refund or a gift voucher for the same amount.
We are able to operate our tours at all states of tide but be aware that the pontoon is a floating platform therefore the ramp is least steep at high water for accessing the boats.
